serfas bike armor hard case:

Hard-shell bicycle transport case, made by Serfas (details on: http://www.serfas.com/accessories/accessories_03.html ). I purchased this case last August, prior to a west-coast bike tour. I flew with my bike packed in it as checked baggage out to Seattle, then shipped it empty to LA, and then flew back to NY with my bike packed in it. Other than that, it's been sitting empty in my basement storage cage, so it's nearly new.

I am asking $180 (plus shipping) for this case e-mail me if you are interested: ian [at] mirk . com

Adventure Cycling Map Sets:

see AC web site

Due to rescheduling of work last year, I had to scale back a planned cross-country trip to just a Pac-Coast tour; as a result I have a complete set of TransAmerica maps (12 maps) and the set of Western Express maps (four maps) that have not been used at all. I am also selling a set of Pacific Coast maps (five maps) which HAVE been used, but are still in very good to like-new condition. All of these maps were purchased Spring of 2003--any updates can be downloaded from AC web site.

Asking prices:

TransAm set of 12 unused maps: $40 (retails for $114 or $78 for AC members)
Western Express set of 4 unused maps: $15 (retails for $38 or $26 for AC members)
Pacific Coast set of 5 used maps: $15 (retails for $47.50 or $32.50 for AC members)

Avdenture Cycling/Madden Armadillo Rack Duffle

See also AC website for details

This simple, compressible rack-top bag has a main cargo compartment and two mesh outside pockets--one on the side, and one on the end. This is not a rack trunk--it's really, as they say, a rack duffle--it's best for shorter rides. It is very lightweight compared to a typical rack trunk bag.

I have barely used this--it still looks essentially new. details about it can be found on the Adventure Cyling website, where it can be purchased for $49. I would like to sell mine for $15. If you buy all of the AC maps, I'll put 'em all in here and give you the bag for free (assuming it's still available).
